Flexibility Meets Performance

In the automotive industry, manufacturers are constantly seeking custom solutions that balance high productivity and performance with the flexibility to handle multiple product types. It's a difficult challenge, but one Coemtek was eager to take on.

We recently had the opportunity to conceptualize, develop, and prove a highly flexible ultrasonic work cell for an innovative Tier 1 manufacturer. The goal was to produce automotive liners efficiently while allowing for a high degree of adaptability. This was a demanding project, as it was the first of its kind.

With the customer's patience and collaboration, we were able to deliver a solution that met all their requirements. This success reminded us that good things truly do come to those who wait and work together toward a shared goal.

Inspired by this achievement, we are now motivated to expand this flexible work cell concept, developing special-purpose machines (SPMs) for other segments.
